OSMR allows you to report against your OSM data across multiple sections. Recommended for any Leader trying to crunch data from OSM, OSM-R is an AMAZING addition to your digital Scouting tools. No installation required.
The picture below is a view of the OSMR website. At the bottom of this page (below the image) we have added screenshots of some reports Leaders have found most useful.
No passwords or data are stored by the service, instead using automated connections to give you access to the data you already own - live from OSM.
OSMR allows the generation of PDFs, pivot tables, lists and various graphs and charts. You can also download your data in Excel format for analysis there.
Note that OSMR is not part of OSM, it is an independent free-of-charge service provided by David Brakewell at 2nd New Haw Scouts.
Run the report selecting the dropdowns and fields shown in the screenshot (substituting your own Group/Section).
You must have minimum READ access to Member details, Badge records and FlexiRecords in OSM for the section you want to report for.
TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS:
To see only what's still needed: change the "Required" drop-down and de-selecting Completed and Not Required items
Change "Table" on top left to "Download PDF" for an easy to print/email all-in-one report
For a personalised report: select ONE member name (use the "Full Name" dropdown)
You could add "Age" field to narrow down the results to only those moving up in the next 3 to 6 months
