Distribution lists send to @portsmouthscouts.org.uk email addresses only.
External email addresses are not able to send to our distribution lists.
External parties must send to individual @porstmouthscouts users directly.
For better data security, safeguarding, and to streamline communication, we ask that you use your @portsmouthscouts email account for all Scout-related matters. Please note that District communications are now only sent to @portsmouthscouts email addresses.
In the long term, we recommend all Groups and Units evaluate the need for individually hosted email services, with a view to transitioning to our central system.

to reach District teams:
Web Access: Go to mail.portsmouthscouts.org.uk or gmail.com and sign in.
Select "From" Address: When composing, click the "From" line (or the space next to the recipient) to choose which @portsmouthscouts address to send from.
"Send Email As" Setup: If you need to send from a specific group address (e.g., 99th.gsl@), search "gmail send email as". (This is a one-time setup.)
