Work seamlessly with Drive on the tools that you’re used to. Plug-ins for Microsoft Office and Outlook make fitting Drive into your existing knowledge is as simple as possible. You can also open 40+ different file types with Drive, including PDFs and MPEG4s, and work on Microsoft Word files straight from Drive
Use less of your PC/Mac disk space & stream directly from the cloud. Drive for desktop gives you access to files directly from your computer, without impacting all of your disk space. Keep your personal files local - and your volunteer file on the cloud and permanently backed up.

Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides are a word processor, a spreadsheet and a presentation program respectively. The programs can be used independently to make save you time. They run in a browser, there is nothing to install.
The three programs also serve as collaborative software that allow you to view and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations together in real-time through a web browser or mobile device. You don't even need to be online all at the same time. Changes are saved automatically, with a revision history keeping track of changes.
There is also the capability to set user permission levels to designate who can view, comment or edit the document as well as permissions to download the specific document.
Microsoft Office files are supported in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides without the need for file conversion.

Google Sites is a website creation app – no programming or design skills needed! Sites makes it simple to display your Section/Group's work, with easy access to all your content from Google Workspace for Nonprofit – whether it's a Drive folder, Doc or a shared Calendar.
This website is created and hosted by Google Forms with no coding or technical knowledge needed.
Build a public website, or an internal Group or Section site (perhaps for a camp or larger event) - all without designer, programmer, or IT help. With the new Google Sites, building websites is easy. Just drag content where you need it.
Sites created within the Portsmouth Scouts Google Workspace are free of charge. Pay no hosting fees - ever!
When you create a new site, it’s automatically added to Drive, like your other files stored in Drive. You can edit a Google Site together with someone else in real time, and see each other’s changes live. Publish the site for everyone to see, or restrict sharing permissions and make the site accessible only to people you want to share it with, like vendors or suppliers.
Google Sites websites are responsive, which means they’re optimised for tablets and smartphones, too.

Google Forms
Google Forms is a survey application. Forms features all of the collaboration and sharing features found in Docs, Sheets, and Slides. It can also be used to create quizzes, including some specialised functions that are of use in educational settings.
This website features Forms created and hosted by Google Forms with no coding or technical knowledge needed.
